Cloud attendance · Nepal (NPT)

Your morning attendance sheet—online, not in Excel.

Attendly is a cloud based attendance system from BP Technology & Suppliers. Biometric punches, daily counts, and payroll CSVs live in one place your HR team can open from the office—or from home when someone calls in sick.

No public signup—your company admin provisions access.

What you see after the first punch of the day

Not a marketing mockup—a layout close to the real tenant dashboard: counts up top, punch log below, export when payroll asks.

Built for the work, not the pitch deck

Six things HR and ops actually open every week—no feature bloat, no bolt-on modules.

Employee roster

Codes, departments, shifts, and active/inactive status—structured the way payroll expects.

Punch log

Manual entry or device punches with in/out detection. Every change leaves an audit trail.

Biometric devices

Register terminals, issue API tokens, accept single or batch uploads when connectivity returns.

Daily dashboard

Present, absent, partial, and late counts for any date—open it before your morning meeting.

Reports & CSV

Daily attendance export for payroll or your HRIS. No copy-paste from five tabs.

Roles

Owners, admins, and viewers. Branch managers see their people—not everyone else's settings.

Device API (ZKTeco-style)

POST /api/v1/device_punches
X-Device-Token: ••••••••

{
  "employee_code": "EMP001",
  "punched_at": "2026-05-29T09:05:00+05:45",
  "punch_type": "in"
}

Batch upload when the shop floor loses Wi‑Fi. Auto in/out when punch type is omitted.

Where teams use it

Same product—different floor plans. These are the setups we see most in Nepal.

  • Kathmandu offices

    Hybrid teams, department filters, and shift-aware counts when half the floor works from home.

  • Hotels & retail

    Rotating staff, multiple branches, and high-volume punch streams from front-door terminals.

  • Factories

    Shop-floor devices that buffer punches offline, then sync in batch when the link comes back.

  • NGOs & schools

    Supervisors review from a browser when installing hardware at every site isn't practical.

Shipped and supported by BP Technology & Suppliers—not a faceless SaaS template with a logo swapped in.

Getting started

You won’t self-serve a trial here—that’s intentional. Onboarding is handled by your admin so data stays inside your organization.

  1. 1 / 3

    Admin creates your org

    Your platform administrator sets up the workspace, plan, and owner login—you get credentials, not a signup form.

  2. 2 / 3

    Load people & devices

    Import departments and shifts, add employees, register biometric terminals with API tokens.

  3. 3 / 3

    Run the day

    Punches flow in. Check the dashboard, close the day in daily report, export CSV when payroll asks.

Plans & billing

Questions HR asks before switching

What is a cloud based attendance system? +

It means punch data, employee records, and reports live online—you sign in from a browser instead of maintaining servers in your office. Attendly handles device sync, daily counts, and CSV export in one place.

Does this work in Nepal? +

Yes. Times are stored in Nepal timezone (NPT, +05:45), billing records use NPR, and the device API accepts timestamps with that offset.

Can we keep our existing biometric machines? +

In most cases, yes. Register each device, copy its API token, and point the terminal at our punch endpoint—single records or batch uploads.

How do we get access? +

There is no public signup. Your company administrator—or BP Technology & Suppliers—creates the organization and sends you login credentials.

Is the data secure? +

Sign-in is authenticated, each device has its own token, and roles limit who can edit records versus view dashboards.

Can we export for payroll? +

Daily reports export to CSV so you can hand attendance to payroll without rebuilding the sheet.
